Joint Course on Democratic Erosion
Since 2017, faculty at 100 universities across 19 countries have taught our joint course on democratic erosion using a shared syllabus and collaborative assignments. We offer a complete curriculum with readings, lecture slides, discussion questions, and other materials. We coordinate a series of free cross-university collaborative assignments and activities, including group chats on WhatsApp or slack, joint virtual presentations by experts in the field, writing and commenting on posts for our student blog, an immersive, online Democratic Erosion Simulation, and debates and dialogues through a partnership with the College Debates and Discourse Alliance.
